  1. Tiffany, your inspirational saying above made me think of these (one that was on my green tea this morning). Have a great day!

Continuous effort - not strength or intelligence - is the key to unlocking our potential.

  2. WOD....10.27.11
    400m Run
    30 Wall Balls
    30 Box Jumps
    4x
I about died, but did it in 23:48! Literally...I am not joking, I had to go home and lie on the bed until I wasn't dizzy any longer. [stop laughing at me]
BUT...I even kept up with the fast/strong girls in the class this morning. It revitalized my memory of running man makers during VB, when I would have sharp pains in my chest because I could NOT breath. :)

Tomorrow WOD is "Barbells for Boobs" challenge. 30 Clean and Jerks for time with at least 55lbs, but my coach thinks I am strong enough to try for the most weight.
Why does everyone think, just because I am 5'11" (which by the way, I think I am shrinking, probably about 5'9 1/2" now), have big bones, as my mother would say and can lift weights, that I should be the one that should try to lift the most weight??

I will report tomorrow morning how things go.
Have a great day! Tiff, hope that the hungry pains are starting to subside.

  3. Time was: 11:13
    WOD:
    Five rounds of:
    Bear crawl 100 feet
    Standing broad-jump, 100 feet
Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

    Vest: Nada for me.

  4. Awesome Holly Bear! I have never done the bear crawl or the standing broad jump yet...but adding those burpees in does not sound like fun. Great time!
