Been forever since I have posted on this blog wow- Holly got me thinking about it as we will be starting the 30 day Challenge January 1-2013 for all those that are interested in doing it. I will be back on here daily if I can.
Tif Monday Dec 10-12 Wod at Champ City Crossfit in Edmonton.
warm-up was pretty cool nothing I had ever done before 9-1 of Medball squat cleans then burpee on the ball. took 8 min.
Wod was 50 Thursters for time: 85lbs took 16:01 as each time you dropped the bar you had to do a round of Cindy: 5 chin-ups, 10 push-ups & 15 Squats. It was good I was only girl did it RX.
