Neera Master & Sloppy Joes

Nerra Master Cleanse started today and runs from 5 to 7 days depending what I can handle I guess.
So its basically supposed to help your digestive system relax and get out all the bad stuff.
Basic portions of it are water, lemons, this syrup and cayenne pepper.  Drinking my first glass as we speak and
have other portions in the fridge for the day to cool.  I think better if its colder.

Sloppy Joes
Not done with a traditional hamburger bun(if your husbands or kids want it works)
We used butter lettuce and it worked great or do like a salad and use slices of lettuce, tomato slices.
1 1/2 lbs of ground turkey, chicken or beef
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup tomato puree
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp yellow mustard powder
1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Cook meat and onion in a large skillet on medium for 10-15 min.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and heat another 10-15 minutes and serve over veggies.

  1. Good luck with the cleanse, hopefully it will make you a little more regular. I am still using the vitamins/minerals called "experience" I use it every night, you can take up to 3 a night depending on your system, but it keeps me regular everyday.

WOD yesterday looked hard...sounds like you did an awesome job. Didn't make it to CrossFit this morning, Jeff had to be to the airport at 5:30 so i missed the 6:00am class. I will just do yoga tonight and head to class tomorrow.
Recipe for Sloppy joes looks good, making my gocery store list today and heading to the store for lunch.
    Have a good one.

  2. It was a tough one. I went to the gym just now and my trainer sent me away. Can't do anything during this cleanse which sucks as I felt I was getting back into it. Oh well they know best.

Holly good luck tonight and post your results. I will post tomorrow with another fun menu item.

  3. This looks wonderful. I'm going to cut and paste this one also. I made tacos the other night and used cabbage as the "shell". It was very good.
