5 min AMRAP of Strict Handstand Pushups: Did 3
5 min of AMRAP Kipping Handstand Pushups with 4" plates: Did 13 with 4 failed attemps.

GHD situps
Burpees
Did the burpees all un-broken, but the GHD situps got so hard. Felt really good about this workout.
Day 2 went well

3pm i wanted to shove a snickers in my face. I took a walk to my car and grabbed a liter of Talking Rain
It worked.
My breakfast. Has been an egg bake with random veggies and leftover steak.
Lunch day one was salami and an apple. Today was gyro meat & half an avacado. Dinner lastnight was paleo pizza salad. Tonight was ground beef with sauted leeks and cucumbers. Snacks were jerky, boiled eggs, almonds, frozen blueberries and coconut milk.
Uesterday workout was a 4 mile run. Tonight was 7 rounds of:
3 deadlifts onto
3 power cleans with only touch and go. I got to 130#
Day 2- I had a smoothie with a tea on my drive up to Edmonton.
ReplyDeleteI ate some Sushi- raw stuff with no rice and a salad as office went to eat. I drank about 3 liters of water.
Got to hotel room and very un-motivated to do much ordered in a salad with Chicken. They put the crutons on it and they got me. Better day tomorrow.
No workout today rest day.
