Yesterday's Junk!

I'm really trying to live this motto and laugh at something each day.  As of late, most of the jokes and laughs is something silly I have done. 

Holly kick some ass this weekend and I hope to see some pictures or video to add to our blog.

    Drove back from a fast trip to Edmonton. I have been avoiding this WOD
    For time: goal was it had to be under 3:30 and I did 3:11.
    15-12-9
    80lbs power clean
    Burpee's.

    I was a messy in the gym and went outside and dry heaved and to my surprise some dude was sitting in his car. Oh well.

    Wednesday April 25-11 WOD
    Rode my bike up to OPT and took another minute off my time took 35 min.
    A1. Back Squat 30x1 3 x 5 sets 1:30 min break
    135-3, 145-3, 150-3, 150-3, 150-3
    A2 Chest to bar Chinups 10 x 5
    6+2+2, 7+3, 7+3, 5+3+2, 10 chinups hands and shoulder sore.
    B1 Deadlift 5-8 x 3
    150-8, 160-6, 165-8
    B2. AMRAP handstand pushups
    4, 7, 4
    c1- Back extensions 8-15x 5 1 min rest
    C2- GHD sit-ups 20 x 5

    Rode bike home in record pace was 27 min home.

    on the road today, but going to do a wod before I leave.
