And a Gin & Tonic!  Lol! 

Slow cooked a roast today and veggies and was so good!  Hope your all having a great week!  I have had some killer workouts this week and will post them.  Opening a new store in Calgary and is taking up lots of effort.  I went to bed at 8 pm last night and lasted 10 min in bed!

    50 24" Box Jumps
    50 Jumping Chin-ups
    50 Kettle Bell swings 1 poood
    50 walking lunges
    50 knees to elbow
    50 Push Press
    50 Back Extensions
    50 wall balls 14# to 10' line
    50 burpees
    50 double unders

    This was killer, but did very well for first time every. I had to wait for the back extension so could have been in 23 min mark.

    Monday Off too sour.

    Tuesday Jan 31 WOD
    Practice muscle ups

    Push Press 1 x 5 sets- 115lbs, 135lbs, 140 lbs, 140lbs, 145 failed.
    +
    Power Clean 1 x 5 sets- 115lbs, 135lbs, 145lbs, 150lbs, 155lbs Personal best.

    15 min as many rounds of possible: 11 round + 3 +1
    3 power cleans 135lbs
    3 Hand stand pushups

    I was so sore and sweating so much and forgot my head band. So I had tape holding my hair back. I woke up with bruises all on my arms and chest. Some days its so hard!

    Time Feb 22, 2011 was 19:03. Feel like i had better endurance back then. Happy with my time today and i am pretty sure my recovery is much quicker than a year ago.

    PS. Ladies i believe the G&T time may be bordering on addiction. I may have to dig deeper into how many a person can consume and still be paleo/healthy.

    Might have got a cold sweat after this part and had to go outside and get some air as I got the cold sweat.

    I am beat up and sore. Long week of work and standing on my feet and moving heavy stuff at the new store didn't help todays wod.
