    Day 3
    Going great so far. Made if to the gym 2nd morning in a row
    Breakfast
    Buckwheat (gluten free) cereal with coconut milk and blackberries & Persian hot tea!
    Lunch & snacks I packed
    Banana, apple, kale with olive oil & fresh squeezed lemon and ham!

  2. Day 3 eating wise was good for me. Rest day or me & crossfit. The urge to mindless eating was great as workbwas slow & i jusr wanred to eat sweets but i did it and resisted the craving. Really missed wine tonight. Eating a grapefruit seemed to help. Weird right
    Breakfast was egg bake & 1/2 an avocado.
    Lunch.....u saw the pic
    Snack was grapes & Kind bar & jerky.
    Dinner was rhe Everyday paleo breaded chicken & fresh green beans.
