Yesterdays Junk!

I can say we have all done this in our lives, and I know we all want to move forward in our lives.  I feel so blessed your all in my life even when I can be a total pain in the ass and say stupid things.  Cry to often and yell to much I love you all and feel so blessed your in my life.  I would do anything at any time for any of you if you needed something.  Lets let yesterdays junk go!  That is my promise to myself today.

  1. Sat WOD 5 min workouts with 3 min rest- Do at 85 % Todd did this with me.
    5 min- did 12 rounds
    2 ring dips
    12 walking lunges
    rest 3
    5 min- 8 rounds + 2 + 4
    2 chest to bar chin-ups
    15 24" box jumps- step down
    rest 3 min
    5 min- can't remember rounds
    5 push ups
    15 Kettle bell swings 16KG
    rest 3 min
    5 min- can't remember rounds
    5 toes to bar
    15 hair squats.

    Sunday WOD-
    3 sets at very high effort- times 1:09, 1:04, 1:02
    5 deadlifts 185lbs
    10 push up burpee
    20 shuttle runs times 4 times
    rest 5 time workout

    Monday WOD

    5x 3 sets front Squat- 115-5, 135-5, 145-5
    AMRAP x HandStand push-ups- 6, 4, 7
    Power Snatch 1 x 3 tough rep
    105, 105, 110,
    AMRAP Dips x 3
    10, 9, 9

    10 Min AMRAP- has to be un-broken
    15 kettle bell swings 16kg
    7 pushups

    Did 9 rounds + 15 kbs + 4 pushups. I was made as I wanted to reach 10 rounds. Good workout.

    Tuesday off- busy 12 hour day at the store.

    5 sets high effort and rest workout time.
    10 toes to bar
    25 double unders
    10 wall balls # 12
    25 double unders
    10 box jumps 24"
    25 double unders
    10/per leg walking lunges.

    So I was a retard the first two as I only did 5 per leg and realized my mistake.
    2:25, 2:19 corrected 2:42, 2:37, 2:33.

    Was very tough on the legs, but felt good.

    2 Rounds for time: Mike said under 15 minutes did in 14:20 was tough long day on my feet.

    1000 meter row
    15 chin-ups
    15 Thursters 55 lbs
    15 push-up burpees

    Did the first round of all thing un-broken, second round chin-ups 10,5 did all thursters un-broken and then did really slow burpees.

    Off tomorrow and then CF Crossfit Challenge Saturday. I hope it goes better.

    A. Deadlift @ 13X1, build to a tough double - drop each rep, no failures
    255/275/295/315
    B. Bench Press @ 30X1, build to a 1RM
    115-2/135-1/145-1/150-1
    C. Bench Press @ 85% 1RM, AMRAP x 5 sets, 2 min
    130# - 6/5/4/3/3

    felt good even though worked out at 7pm. like my bench press numbers as i battled for each sets last rep. was by myself, so didn't want to dump and restack.

    would have tried move DL, but no fail required. hehe

    Hope all the Jimmie's are enjoying the after holiday's time. This is the time to battle through. :)

  7. Hi all remember me??? LOL! Not sure where I left off, oh last workout was one I made up and made my husband do last Sat at the breifing room:

    5 rounds
    15 thrusters
    20 KB swings
    25 air squats.

    Monday this week - SICK!!!! no workout
    Tuesday: Grace: 30 clean & jerk for time
    Wed: off
    Thursday: Wood:
    5 Rounds of:

    Run 400 meters
    10 Burpee box jumps, 24" box
    95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 10 reps
    95 pound Thruster, 10 reps
    Rest 1 minute
    YEP and ran outside in 2 degrees. Felt really nice on round 4 & 5. Looked forward to the fresh air!!!

    Got a nice compliment from the owner on how great I look from when I first started. I thank you Tiffany Wylie for the motivation to find a gym and the encouragement you give from across the miles!!! I love you Missy!!

    double unders - i counted attempts
    sit ups

    Saturday went to Shane's breifing room and completed CINDY:
    20 min AMRAP:
    5 pull ups
    10 push ups
    15 air squats

    I completed 16.

    Tomorrow we are doing 150 burpees for time. I'm tellin' ya now so I'm obligated to do it!!! Hheeheheheh

    Hope you are all have an awesome week and keep up all the great work you are doing. So glad I get to share my crossfit journey with all of you!!!
