I guess the joys of travelling for work is you have to some times to crazy workouts where people just stare at you! I have gotten to the point where I just don't care! Stare all you want and wonder why I look so darn good and you don't! LOL! Working out in hotel gyms is always fun. sorry I have been so bad at posting and I promise I will try and do a better job.

I think we forgot the last double unders I can't remember. But times were 3:40, 4:16, 3:52, 4:02 was harder than it looks.
Todd and I did our 30 Burpees in my room.
Monday off day trvelled to Red Deer- did my 32 Pushup burpees in my hotel room.
Tuesday WOD- was a tough one as I was on my feet all day moving boxes. Did in the hotel gym that is actually pretty nice. People stare and i don't care!
6 sets all out:
5 touch n go power clean-95 lbs
10 goblet squats 32 kg- used 65 lbs
10 push-up burpees
Rest 6 times the workout time.
1;01, 1.01, 1;00, .58, 1;01, .58
Did my 34 Push up burpee at the end and some double unders.
Going to Crossfit Red Deer at 7 am to do my WOD.

Ripped my hand on toes to bar, but enjoyed working out at another gym. Will go back tomorrow after work.
Plus did 36 Pushup Burpees (PUB) at gym and 10 wall squats in my hotel room.
Tif out with a gin/tonic! don't judge i'm alone in a hotel room waiting to go back to the store to see how the cleaners did.

Wed I did Tues WOD on my nooner. I'm starting to really enjoy going on my lunch hour. Then I don't have to worry about running home, feed & medicate Owen, make sure stroller is in, change and then get there, load him in stroller, get him situation and workout.
